Our flagship Beef Barbecue rub, unlike anything else available and created for one reason - to enhance and intensify beefs natural flavor while boosting bark development. This coffee infused rub is well suited for oven roasting, and those longer BBQ cooks. But don’t let the name fool you, use Brisket Black on all red meats including steak, burgers, ground and wild game. Also great on roasted or pan fried veggies.
Ingredients: Sugars (brown sugar, maltodextrin, molasses, corn syrup, sugar), Sea salt, Spices, Salt, Monosodium glutamate, Coffee, Hydrolyzed soy protein, Caramel, Dehydrated onion, Mushroom powder, Mustard, Dehydrated garlic, Vinegar, Soybean, Canola oil, Silicon dioxide, Tamarind extract, Natural flavour - (silicon dioxide, canola oil & ethoxyquin used as flow and antioxidant agents)

A distinctive blend creating a deep and Incredibly flavorful bark punching out next level ribs! Of course lets not forget about chicken… yup, home run on that one too!
